How it works

a seeded generator (mulberry32) is started from a hash of your seed word and range, then each pick = min + floor(random × (max − min + 1)), inclusive of both ends

Unlike a one-tap randomizer, this picker is seeded, so it is fully reproducible: the same seed word, range and count always return exactly the same numbers on any device. That makes it perfect for fair, shareable draws — a giveaway where everyone can verify the result, or a repeatable set for a game. Change the seed word to get a completely different but equally reproducible set. Repeats are allowed, so the same number can appear more than once.

Worked example

A minimum of 1, maximum of 100, count of 5 and seed “lucky” always produce the identical five numbers, whoever runs it and whenever. Swap the seed to “draw2” and you get a different fixed set — announce the seed in advance and anyone can confirm your draw was not rigged.

Frequently asked questions

Why use a seed instead of true randomness?

A seed makes the result reproducible and verifiable. For a public giveaway you can publish the seed beforehand so participants can re-run it and confirm you did not cherry-pick winners.

Will I get repeated numbers?

Possibly — picks are drawn with repeats allowed, so the same value can come up more than once, just like rolling the same die twice. Change the range or seed to reshuffle.

Is this good enough for a raffle?

For casual giveaways and games, yes. It is not cryptographically secure, so don’t use it for anything requiring real security or money-grade fairness.
